Using this website

The guides and information on this site are general. They are not advice for your specific business. Prices shown on the site can change, and the price in your proposal is the one that applies to you.

Cancellations and refunds

• Plans are month to month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email to [email protected].
• There is no refund for a month we have already worked.
• If you prepaid months that have not started yet, we refund those months pro rata.
• Ad spend is paid to the platforms and is not refundable by VentCube.
• If you signed an agreement with us that has different terms, that agreement applies.

Other costs

Our fee covers our work. If a project needs anything else that costs money, such as paid software, we tell you the cost before you agree to it.
