This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who handles it. It is a plain summary of how the site works, not legal advice.
Who is responsible for your information
VentCube, 2nd Floor, Mortoza Mansion, Khulna 9202, Bangladesh. Contact us about anything on this page at [email protected].
What we collect
- Forms. When you send the free audit or contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address and, depending on the form, your website, phone number, the service and plan you pick, your industry and your message. With the form we also send the page you first landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in that link (such as UTM tags or a Google Ads click ID), so we know which marketing brought you to us.
- Spam check. Each form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending the form. Cloudflare processes technical details about your browser and connection to do this.
- Site usage. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure visits, the pages you view and actions such as sending a form or tapping our phone or WhatsApp link. We do not send your name, email or message to Google Analytics.
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages, protect the site and limit abuse such as repeated form submissions.
Where form details go
When you send a form, a small program on Cloudflare checks it and then creates a record with your details in Flowlu, the customer relationship system our team uses to track requests. If Flowlu cannot be reached, the program sends your details to a backup instead: a private Google Sheet in our Google account, and an email to our team inbox sent through Gmail, so your request is not lost. For each request we also keep a short log entry with a reference number and whether it was saved. That log does not contain your details.
WhatsApp, phone and booking calls
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy. If you call us, your phone provider and ours carry the call. If you book a call through our booking page, TidyCal handles the booking and the details you give it, under its own privacy policy.
Why we use your information
To reply to your request, prepare an audit you asked for, follow up about the work you asked about, and keep a record of our conversations. We use analytics to see which pages help visitors and which do not. We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare (hosting, security and the spam check), Flowlu (where form details are stored), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics, plus Sheets and Gmail as the backup for form details), and, only if you use them, WhatsApp and TidyCal. Some of these companies store data in other countries, including the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep form details for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or to correct or delete them.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics cookies.
Changes to this page
When the way the site handles information changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
